Other challenges includes,

1. Installation of Complete internal and external cold water system including main and bowser water supply connection to root water storage tanks.
2. Installation of HVAC system.
3. Installation of Electrical Services like LV panels and Switchgear System and Fire Alarm, Public Address System and Lighting & small power and cabling works.
